“This letter is to express my deep appreciation for you making my visit one of the best museum experiences I have ever had. I am newly acquainted with Pre-Columbian art and my goal for the last five years has been to visit the collection at your museum. During the Democratic National Convention I had the opportunity and found the collection to be extraordinary, especially since it was my first viewing, other than at the Smithsonian. You greeted my friend and me at the desk and you were so welcoming, my anticipation was heightened. We spoke about our shared excitement with Pre-Columbian art and you recommended that we see the other exhibits, one of which was Fashion and I love fashion. When we were finished, you were most gracious and took us to the shop where we spent considerable and enjoyable time.

I wanted to let you know how much it meant to me to talk with you. Having someone to converse with about what art is, for me, a rare and wonderful treat. I thought you were a docent because of your knowledge and enthusiasm. I conclude by thanking you for your contribution to making such a fine museum so delightful to visit and look forward to visiting again.”

TESTIMONIAL FROM A LARGE CLASS A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CLIENT

Email from a large Class A property management client:
I wanted to talk to you about our security officer doing a great job. We had an incident the other night involving a truck driver with his rig in the parking lot trying to turn around knocking over a light pole and damaging shrubbery. Our Sunstates Security officer was touring and heard the crash of the light pole and went to investigate. He caught the trucker as he was trying to leave and contacted the police. The trucker had given his dispatch the security officer’s name and reported that while he didn’t realize he had caused any damage on the property the security officer had told him he hit a light pole.

The security officer’s quick response and contacting the police saved us about $2,000 in damages to the property. The police were able to file a report confirming the damages so we will be properly reimbursed.
