Sunstates Security encourages every client to complete a client survey at least once every six (6) months. Experience has shown us that even though we maintain an exceptional level of management interaction and involvement with our clients, we often learn something new when our clients take the time to thoughtfully respond to our written surveys.
Surveys provide a quality insight for the following management processes:
• Regular monthly client meetings with the Branch Manager
• Weekly client meetings with the Site Supervisor or Site Manager
• Quality of day to day service from a clients’ perspective
• Value adding services
The most recent customer service survey, conducted at the end of 2011, revealed a 100% satisfaction rating, with every client willing to recommend us to a colleague or friend. Sunstates’ President, Glenn Burrell, feels so strongly about the value of the unique perspective we gain through client surveys that he personally reviews each response individually to ensure each customer is receiving the same level of ‘exceptional customer service’ that Sunstates has become known for.
